Why Choose A Certified Residential
Specialist?
|
| Here's Why!! |
|
To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, every
Realtor® must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions. |
|
Every CRS designee is required to maintain membership in the National
Association of Realtors® and to abide by its strict Code of Ethics.
|
-
Focus on Home Buying and Selling
Every CRS designee must have a proven
track record as well as advanced education in related areas such as finance and
marketing.
|
|
The training available to CRS designees includes a strong
focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business.
|
|
Only 5 percent of all licensed
Realtors® are Certified
Residential Specialists, yet they are involved in 25 percent of residential real
estate transactions nationwide.
|
-
Median Income Much Higher*
CRS designees earn a median income that
is 44 percent more than the typical Realtor®.
On average, CRS designees each closed and earned commissions on 39 transactions
in 1998.
|
-
Educational Credentials More Extensive*
91 percent of CRS's have had some college
(compared to 49 percent of the general adult population in the United States).
45 percent of CRS's have at least a bachelor's degree (compared to 25 percent of
the general Realtor® population).
